Kiểm tra spec đang dở và tránh duplicate.

Viết behavior, constraints, và acceptance criteria.
03 / Research
Ghi findings và decisions có source backing.
04 / Design
Định nghĩa architecture, contracts, data flow, invariants.
05 / Tasks
Tách work thành task packets có evidence criteria.
06 / Validate
Kiểm tra spec.json, task files, và registry alignment.
Output
Thư mục `specs/<feature>/` sẵn sàng để implement từng task một.
Tránh
Không dùng spec như tài liệu trang trí sau khi code đã đoán xong. Spec phải constrain implementation.
